Aquamarine is March's birthstone.
Our aquamarine orb earrings are delicately handcrafted and lightweight for everyday wear. These earrings are made in 925 sterling silver and finished with a gold vermeil plating.
The name "aquamarine" comes from the Latin aqua marinus, meaning “water of the sea,” and refers to its sparkling ocean-like colour. This gem evokes the purity of crystalline waters and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea.
Each natural gemstone is hand-cut and carefully paired. The colour of this gemstone will vary a bit from pair to pair.
Each earring is 4.3 cm at its maximum length.
All of our pieces are handmade by talented artisans using ethically sourced gemstones.
We make our styles in 925 Sterling Silver for its durability and hypoallergenic quality. Our gold plated pieces are finished with a thick coat to give our pieces their beautiful finish. Solid gold styles will be made in 9, 14 or 18 carat gold.
We recommend following the care instructions on the card that is sent with your order to ensure the longest possible life for your jewellery.
All of our semi precious gemstones are completely natural, meaning that each stone is unique. There may be variations in colour and pattern, and inclusions can sometimes be visible within our stones. This adds to their natural beauty.
For every order made to Carousel Jewels, we plant one tree, and make a monthly donation of revenue to the Sea Shepherd Marine Conservation Group, who work to protect marine life globally.
Our packaging is plastic-free, and extracted from FSC® forests, that always replace the wood they cut down.
We love people, animals and plants - our guarantee is we treat them all with love and care.
